The service valets came to my home, picked the vehicle up, gave it the full service synthetic oil change, rotated the tires, washed it, vacuumed it out and brought it back to my home at NO CHARGE. They even did a video showing the work being performed. Red carpet service so far. I’m impressed. I will definitely recommend them to others as I had a wonderful experience.
Everyone was nice. Service was completed under an hour. My questions were answered. Minor problems with the truck were solved.
I went for oil and filter change. My tire pressure were checked including spare. They checked fluid levels as well. Great job.

I traded the F-150 in to purchase the Ford Edge. Palm Springs Motors is a great dealership. They treat their employees like family and they have made me feel like I am part of their family, too.

I am more than happy with my purchase. Patty was awesome from the start . Very friendly and accommodating. Michael was great as well .he picked me up on two separate accusations. My other vehicle was being repaired. He picked me up from Toyota and accompanied me on my test drives than dropped me off. The good is that the transaction was quick, the make, model, trim, and color of the vehicle I wanted was on the lot. The bad is that I had to manage thru bait-and-switch pricing, confusion between the sales person and the finance person, sneaky add-ons that weren't mentioned but appeared on the bill of sale. I'm not a fan of sticker shock and almost walked away from the deal until they removed the assumed-I-wanted add-ons and the price fell back to where it should have been.

I was hesitant about buying another Ford as I had problems with the service department in the past. I stopped to look at a ford Exscape and felt like the car was a good match for me but the service dept problems held me back. My sales person Eddie Franz was AMAZING. He listened to me and went out of his way to find the perfect car for me. Because of his dedication and commitment I finally decided to try to work on dealing eith my apprehensions and buy the car. Overall, it was a typical average experience. This is my first time buying an electric vehicle from Ford and there was very little teaching on the various components. Was having difficulties with charging and was unable to get assistance.

I found Palm Springs Motors on the internet while shopping for a new Aviator. Thier price caught my eye so I contacted them. We live out of state and dealing with them was extremly easy. Raul was our sales person and he was great. We negotiated a price that included a trade. The final price was very fair and we took the plunge. I am giving Palm Springs Ford four stars for their service. I took my car there for a recall issue and they took care of it. The only reason why they get four stars instead of five is because they were super busy and I had to wait a while just to check in and I did have an appointment. Shout out to Mr. Duarte. Outstanding Service! My 2016 Ford Edge needed the 100,000 mile service. Adrian M. was my service advisor. He was attentive, transparent and kept me informed all through the process. I negotiated a price ahead of time and there was a miscommunication on the dealer's side. On the XLT Maverick, they have a $10k markup and $2k in options that not worth it and cannot be removed (door guards, int/ext protectant, thief-not actual alarm, and nitro for tires). It took me 1.5 hours to get out there just to find out they didn't want to honor the 3k markup because they wanted 5k (no matter what) using the xx options as leverage. Honestly, I'm a little disappointed with the service here. I purchased my Bronco in San Diego and relocated to the valley a year later. My old dealership completely took care of me and any concerns with maintenance, mind you I have an extended package. I came in for routine service that should have only taken a day. THEY KEPT MY CAR FOR OVER A WEEK, and then refused to give me a loaner car. To make matters worse, they ripped out my grille, completely ruining some of my after-market grille lightening. 5 Stars is unfair for a rating! Ignacio in service is 100% top notch and willing to help. I am from a different Ford dealer and one of my customers are broke down in his neck of the woods. Not only did he call me back quickly, but made arrangements to help my customer to get back on the road in timely manner. He gives "Built Ford Proud" a true meaning and is an amazing person. My salesman, Joe Mesa, was great! I was unsure which vehicle I wanted but he was patient and listened to my concerns and desires in a vehicle. He was never pushy and we had fun test driving a couple options. During the negotiations, the finance manager, Raymund, did his job well to keep the numbers in their favor but also accommodate my concerns in monthly pricing and down payments. Bought a 2022 lincoln nautilus in july from them...still new untitiled...Clarence Davis...was great to work with...very knowledgable...been in the business a long time...i basically bought the car there because of him...worked a reasonable deal...the car is a black label very nice twin turbo, leather, etc...the finance guy was a problem, but clarence straightened out...
